I really like a product and would like to buy one, how do I do so?    

We're glad you like what we have in our warehouse. Liberty Mountain is a wholesale distributor of technical outdoor products and climbing gear. We do not sell directly to retail customers, but our products are available at outdoor stores and specialty shops nationwide. If you are a retail dealer that is not currently a Liberty Mountain customer, please follow our instructions on applying to become a dealer below.


How do I apply to become a dealer?

You need to submit a customer application to us. Our staff will review your submission and follow up with you ASAP. To download our customer application, please click here.


Where do I order a catalog?

Our catalogs can be found by clicking here. If you would like a physical catalog, please visit our Customer Service form to make an inquiry.


I forgot or do not know my user name (E-mail address). What would it be?

You can always visit our Customer Service page or contact your sales representative to learn what your user name is. If you remember the email address you submitted with your customer application that's what is commonly used for your user name (E-Mail address). You can attempt a password reset to recover your password by using that email address. Again, you can also send us an email or give us a call and we can help you with recovering your user name.


How do I reset my password?

If you click here you will be taken to a password reset form. Type your E-mail address into the form. Type in the verification code, or “CAPTCHA”, and press the orange GO button. You should receive a new password in your email in 1-5 minutes. If you have trouble reading the verification code (CAPTCHA) you can click the orange “refresh” button to the right of the validation code until you find one you can easily read.


I tried to reset my password but it didn’t work. What do I do now?

Please remember to wait up to 5 minutes to receive the new password in your email inbox. Also, if you haven’t logged in before, the E-mail address you tried to reset may not be associated to your Liberty Mountain account and will not work for a password reset. You’ll know that if after pressing the orange “GO” button you received this message: “No accounts matching your information were found”.
