IT Manager
Sandy, UT - Full-time, Exempt

 

Manage Information Systems

  • Dynamics NAV ERP
    • Make sure Dynamics NAV is backed up and redundancy is achieved with <1 hour downtime.
    • Make sure system is robust, stable and has plenty of processing power.
    • Supervise customizations, fixes, and all trouble shooting.
    • Evaluate and implement upgrades as needed.
  • All Systems Backups
  • Maintain all Servers, PC and Apple Computers, Internet Connections, Phone Systems, etc.
  • Optimize Communication Link between UT and PA facilities
  • Manage all databases including Dynamics NAV, Website, Catalog, etc.
  • Maintain System Security
  • Manage Software and Hardware
  • Email/Outlook
  • Manage Remote Access including security issues
  • Train Liberty Mountain Staff on use of all systems including hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot all IT problems
  • Maintain UT Security systems, HVAC and cameras


E-Commerce Support

  • Provide IT support to in development of a strong, competitive eCommerce strategy that thrives in the developing eCommerce retail environment
  • Make sure Liberty’s B2B site is robust and is driving business
  • Manage development of EDI capability and automation—both for customers and in-house
  • Help develop online catalog to work equally well as print version
  • Further develop LM’s Closeout and Retail websites and work with marketing to drive traffic to sites
  • Develop and build tools to monitor, troubleshoot and optimize websites


Non-Technical Skills

  • Experience managing a team.
  • Strong leadership, management and decision making skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment.

Business Analyst
Sandy, UT - Full Time, Exempt

 

Job Description:
Work with IT Manager and other departments to manage data, reporting processes and various other tasks related to day-to-day business analysis.

 

Responsibilities Include:

  • Help implement and upgrade BI and reporting systems;
  • Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse;
  • Develop policies and procedures for the collection and analysis of data;
  • Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs;
  • Work with IT Department to deploy software and hardware upgrades that make it possible for us to leverage big data use cases;
  • Monitor analytics and metrics results;
  • Implement new data analysis methodologies;
  • Review customer files to ensure integrity of data collection and utilization;
  • Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Required Education:  High School Diploma
  • Preferred Education:  Some college
  • Work Experience: 1-2 years related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
  • SQL and SSRS knowledge a plus.

Accounts Receivable Clerk
Sandy, UT - Full time, Non-Exempt

Job Description:

 

Primary responsibilities will include financial, clerical and administrative services in managing our accounts receivable. Working on accounts receivable will involve collections on our past due accounts and resolving issues. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of comfort communicating with customers over the phone. A number of other related tasks are included in this function.


Qualifications and Skills:
Required Education:  High School Diploma
Preferred Education: Some college related to Accounting

Work Experience: Preferred 1- 2 years of Accounts Receivable and general accounting.

 

Skills and General Experience:

  • Working experience in accounting;
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Familiarity with office administration and procedures;
  • General math skills;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems;

Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Help develop, maintain, and manage customer relations and sales throughout all territories in respect to the Liberty Mountain structure, mission statement, and motto.

 

Responsibilities and Requirements:

A number of responsibilities are included in this role, some of which are:

  • Entering and processing orders, taking calls, pre-booking orders, account prospecting;
  • Efficiently importing and processing sales orders submitted through website, email, phone and chat;
  • Resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic way;
  • Working on special projects and other specifically assigned duties with sales management to help generate new sales and retain current customers.


Qualifications and Skills:

Required Education:  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

 

Skills and General Experience: 

  • Solid communication skills and some customer service experience preferred;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred and general computer skills required;
  • A passion for outdoor recreation and gear is a plus.

Warehouse Clerk
Sandy, UT & Montoursville, PA - Part-time Non-Exempt Position

 

Liberty Mountain is regularly looking for energetic, friendly, honest, and hard-working people to fill part-time positions in our Sandy, UT and Montoursville, PA warehouses. The position consists of 20-30 hours of labor a week, and work schedules are flexible between 8am-8pm Monday through Friday. This is a great opportunity for students or for anyone looking for a second job. Working for Liberty Mountain includes many perks such as gear discounts. Being an outdoor enthusiast is a plus.
